Hole No.10

The Royal County Down Golf Club Hole 10

The elevated tee is situated right outside the clubhouse window and begins the second loop of nine holes.

A short hole of great character, it asks for a shot of considerable accuracy, although there can sometime be assistance from kindly kicks from both sides of the green. Large deep faced bunkers on right and left await mishit tee shots.

The safe shot is to carry on to the left side of the green, leaving a reasonable putt to any position on this large green.
