Visitor Playing Days

We welcome men and women to the Championship Links on Mondays (am and pm), Tuesdays (am and pm), Thursdays (am), Fridays (am and pm) and Sundays (pm). Please make all bookings through the Secretary's Office. All bookings are subject to our Booking Conditions.

Choice of Tees

The following options are available from May until mid October:  

Blue (Championship) Tees 7186 yards. The Blue Tees require carries of 250 yards and are available to male golfers with handicaps 5 or better. 

White (Medal) Tees 6878 yards. The White Tees require carries of  over 200yards and are available to male golfers with handicaps 9 or better.

Yellow (Stableford) Tees 6675 yards. The Yellow Tees are used by the majority of male golfers and requires carries of 175 yards. Female golfers with a handicap of 4 or better may also play from these tees.

Red Tees 6249 yards. The Red Tees are used by the vast majority of female golfers and by some senior male golfers.

We hope that these options will enhance the playing experience of visitors. Please note that the Course Marshal has the authority to ask players to move to easier tees if their position on the links is not being maintained.

Green Fees

May to October 2013: Weekdays £180 per round am / £165 per round pm.   Sunday pm £180 per round. Two rounds in one day £275.

November 2013 to February 2014: £50 per round. March 2014: £75 per round. April 2014: £100 per round.

Concessionary rates are available throughout the summer to golfers who are members of The GUI (Ulster Branch) and ILGU (Northern District). Contact the Secretary’s Office for details.
