This is a stern test with 24 bunkers, heather-lined fairways and one of the severest greens on the course. The tee shot is straight forward enough, but the fairway must be found to navigate the second part of this hole. On the second shot the rule is, the further you hit it the narrower the fairway becomes. Take care not to overshoot this very fast green which slopes down from back to front. Safe is once again on the front edge, leaving an uphill putt.
