A
blind tee shot over the white stone in the distance, ideally with a fade,
although the long hitter must be careful not to run out of fairway on the left
and may select a fairway wood. Anything right of the stone will catch the
heather-lined and well-bunkered fairway, and further right is lost in the gorse.
The second shot is to a well-protected green, with a large natural bunker on the
left and to the right and at the rear the heather encroaches close to the fast
and sloping green. Once again, this green slopes up from front to rear and from
right to left.
