Club History

The Royal County Down golf club was
founded in 1889 by A group of influential
business & professional men from Belfast.

Visitors

We welcome visiting golfers on the
Championship Links on Monday, Tuesday and
Friday (morning & afternoon), Thursday
mornings and Sunday afternoons. Please make
all bookings through the Secretary's Office.

Professional & Shop

The recently extended clubhouse at
Royal County Down now houses a professional’s shop
which is the equal of any in the country.
